Rossetto Augusto, Certified Accuntant and founder of the firm, has been working for 40 years in the accounting and tax services for small and medium-sized Italian and international companies in the area. The company has to do mainly with enterprises and professionals operating in the economic sectors that characterize the Val d’Alpone and the territories of the provinces of Verona and Vicenza: agriculture, artisans, commercial and industrial companies. The company’s mission is to help small and medium-sized national and international companies in the area grow steadily through the ability to offer their customers innovative services and products in compliance with national and EU regulations. The study aims to provide the customer with a single point of reference for the solution of all-round business problems, making use of qualified employees and a network of specialized professionals for this purpose.

Augusto Rossetto

I am a certified accountant (Register of Verona at N. 313 from 22/09/1979 and in the Register of Legal Auditors at 50744 from 21/04/1995). In addition to following the companies in the tax, accounting and contractual fields, I also held offices as a director and auditor in the following sectors: banking, insurance, packaging machinery, insulation panels, footwear, production of safes, trade and wine production, rental of office machines, water purification, computer services to banks. I am currently a member of the board of directors of a local banking institution of which I served as president from 2000 to 2015. I also work on the board of statutary auditors of a company that provides IT services for banks and a winery. I am currently the founding owner of Studio Rossetto and responsible for the administrative area.

Matteo Rossetto

I graduated in business administration in Verona (bachelor) and I graduated in Management and Business Consulting in Trento (Master od Science). During my studies I participated in exchange projects in Spain (Erasmus), Brazil (World Wide Study) and I obtained a Master of Science in Germany in logistics and supply chain management. I worked as a consultant in business development for a German company operating in the renewable energy sector (Germany) and at an Italian multinational company in the field of transport and integrated logistics (Italy and the Netherlands). I have excellent language skills in English, German, Spanish and Portuguese achieved thanks to the above mentioned experiences. These skills, integrated with the technical knowledge in accounting and tax and work experience in structured companies but also medium-small businesses, are my distinctive trait. I currently work as a management consultant for Studio Rossetto’s customers, in particular I deal with companies operating in the transport and logistics sectors. I perform financial planning, payment management and management control activities. I also deal with tax, accounting and contractual consultancy for small and medium-sized foreign companies and professionals working in Italy. I am also responsible for the development and organization of digitalization processes.

Sonia Rossetto

I graduated in public relations at the IULM University of Milan (Feltre branch office) and I attended a post-graduate course Api Industria “Sales Manager and Marketing for Foreign Markets”. I then worked at a goldsmith company as a foreign relations officer (United States in particular). I have always been interested in social activities and I have held the position of president of the Papa Luciani nursery school of San Giovanni Ilarione for 5 years with the aim of providing a service to the community. Currently I work as a teacher for elementary school and I work part time with Studio Rossetto for social activities. I contribute to the community by making accounting and tax services for asylum, parishes, local cultural associations and amateur sports associations. Finally, I am responsible for the marketing and communication area.

The Team

Our team of collaborators represents a fundamental asset of Studio Rossetto in the management of accounting and tax services for our customers. Compliance with procedures, organization and reliability in carrying out tasks are fundamental ingredients for success.
